Who We Are
DPLAST For Plastic Products Trading was established in November 2023 as a UAE-based plastic manufacturing company strategically located in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi. From the outset, the company was built with a clear objective: to deliver high-quality, locally manufactured plastic solutions supported by strong engineering, practical design and dependable production capability. We operate as an integrated manufacturing partner, combining plastic processing, mould design and metal fabrication under one roof. This allows us to maintain full control over quality, lead times and product developmentāfrom concept through mass production.
Our Facility
Our 2,266 mĀ² warehouse facility in KEZAD houses hi-tech machinery sourced from Taiwan, China and India. The facility supports injection moulding, blow moulding, thermoforming, CNC machining and press tool operationsābacked by an in-house mould making and tool room. This integrated setup eliminates external dependencies for tooling fabrication and maintenance, giving our customers greater flexibility, faster turnaround times and confidence that tooling is engineered specifically for performance, durability and repeatability.

We currently employ 25+ highly trained and experienced professionals spanning engineering, production, quality control and operations. Our team brings together technical expertise with hands-on manufacturing experience, ensuring consistent output and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Our material formulations, UV stabilization protocols and thermal testing standards are calibrated for extreme heat, high UV exposure and outdoor deployment across the region
Local manufacturing eliminates international shipping delays and customs clearance bottlenecks. We can respond quickly to urgent production requirements, design modifications and technical support requests.
